1. Check if you have switched from eSIM to physical SIM card mode: Connect to Nommi > open Nommi app > Profile page > My device > SIM mode. 

2. Try inserting the SIM card again. Please make sure your SIM doesn't have PIN code. If it has PIN code, remove it before inserting it into Nommi. 

3. Copy (or to your browser, open Settings (login: admin password:admin) > System > Reboot > Select SIM mode > click Reboot.
