What should I do if the device stopped responding?

1. Please try restarting the device by inserting a Pin key into the Reset pinhole (near the type-c USB port) and hold for 5-10 sec. 2. If this doesn't help try resetting to default factory settings by inserting a Pin key into the Hard Reset pinhole (on the right side of your Nommi) and hold for 5-10 sec.
